The EVAQON online store (evaqon.com) provides every visitor with clearly structured and organized information about the products we offer. The ordering, payment, and delivery process is easy to follow, allowing the customer to choose the method of payment, delivery, and receipt of the goods.
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with comprehensive information about your order. If necessary, our staff may contact you for additional clarifications. We will keep you informed about the status of your order at all times. Once the payments are received in our account, we will confirm this and send you an invoice via email. Afterward, expect your product to be delivered.
How to Place an Order?
Delivery Method
The delivery of orders from our store is handled by the courier company "Econt." The goods can be delivered to an address of your choice or to an "Econt" office for your pickup. When delivered or received at the office, the recipient of the order signs a receipt, confirming the correct execution of the order.
Delivery Time
Order processing by the seller takes place within a maximum of 3 working days, and the delivery times depend entirely on the seller's partners, the courier companies. In exceptional circumstances, the seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period by up to 7 days without prior notification to the user and to extend the periods beyond 7 days with the user's prior approval. If there is a delay in fulfilling the order on our part, a store employee will contact you to inform you when you will receive the desired item.
*Delivery times depend entirely on the courier company. In some locations, deliveries are made within up to 3 working days.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost is paid by the customer and will be calculated in the final step of your order, the "Order Completion" step, based on the current rates of the courier company "Econt." The delivery cost depends mostly on the weight of the ordered goods and the chosen delivery method - to an "Econt" office or to an address of your choice.

Delivery Outside Bulgaria
Upon the customer's request, Evaqon OOD can deliver products ordered from the website outside of Bulgaria. We will contact you to inform you of the delivery methods and costs, after which we will await your order confirmation. The delivery time depends on your choice of service type and courier company. You will be informed of the price, delivery time, and additional export costs via email, after which we will await your order confirmation. Payment for the total amount is 100% in advance.

How Can You Return or Exchange a Purchased Item?
Dear customers, in the online store "Evaqon," you can easily make purchases, but you can also easily return or exchange the products you have purchased, regardless of the reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Only products that have not been used by the customer and have not been damaged or treated in any way are eligible for return or exchange.
The products must be in their original packaging, preserved in their original condition, together with all accompanying documents and all accessories that were delivered to you (cash receipt, invoice, return/exchange form, original tags, accessories, etc.).
If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. We will process the refund via a bank transfer. For your convenience, we will transfer the amounts to your bank account, and this will not be associated with any costs for you. We reserve the right to delay refunding payments until we receive the goods back.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, the value of which is equal to the delivery cost determined by the relevant courier. If you do not arrange for the return of goods at your expense, the return costs will be deducted from the refund amounts.
