The hiking kit is suitable for people who do not have the time or experience to put together a backpack for mountain treks or just a trip to the mountains. The set is ideal for use by people who like to spend several days walking in the mountains, hunters, fishermen, etc.

The content consists of 45 different parts, a total of 109 pieces. accessories distributed in three directions:

How can you order?

From the page with complete information about the desired product, press the "Buy" button, after which the product is added to the "cart" and the customer is transferred to the page with information about the selected products.

From the "cart" page, the customer can change the quantity of the selected item or cancel it and remove it.

From the "cart" page, the customer can return to the site and add other goods to the "cart" or proceed to payment ("order" button).

In the payment page, fill in the correct and complete data about the recipient, the delivery address, telephone and e-mail for contact. All fields marked with a red star are mandatory. The customer ticks that he agrees to the general conditions for purchases from the evaqon.com site. If the customer does not agree to the terms and conditions, he will not be able to be served.

After filling in the necessary information and pressing the "continue" button, you will be able to choose whether you are an individual or a company. Whatever form you choose, you will receive a corresponding invoice. If any additional information is needed, or the customer wants to send a message to evaqon.com, use the "Additional information" field.

When finalizing the order, the customer will have the opportunity to choose the delivery method and price. Each shipment is insured to the full amount of its value at the expense of evaqon.com.

Next, the customer chooses a payment method.

After finalizing the order, the system saves the request and issues a unique order number. You will receive all this information immediately in your email.

Way of delivery

Orders from our store are delivered via the Econt courier company. The goods can be delivered both to an address of your choice and to an "Ekont" office, from where you can receive it. Upon delivery / receipt at the office, the recipient of the order signs a receipt for delivery, which certifies the correct execution of the order.

Delivery time

The sending of an order by the Seller is carried out within a period of no later than 3 working days, and the terms of delivery of the orders depend entirely on the partners of the Seller - the courier companies. In exceptional circumstances, the Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period by up to 7 days without informing the User in advance and to extend the periods beyond 7 days with the prior approval of the User.

If there is a delay in the fulfillment of the order on our part, a store employee will contact you to let you know when you will receive the desired item.

*Delivery times depend entirely on the courier company. In some settlements, deliveries take up to 3 working days.

Price of delivery

The delivery is paid by the customer and will be calculated in the last step of your order - "Completing the order", based on the current tariffs of the courier company "Econt". The delivery price depends to the greatest extent on the weight of the ordered goods and the delivery method you choose - to an "Econt" office or to an address of your choice.

Delivery outside Bulgaria

If requested by the client therefore, Evaqon Ltd. can deliver goods ordered from the site outside of Bulgaria. We will contact you to inform you about the shipping methods and price, after which we will wait for your confirmation. The delivery time depends on the choice of the type of shipping service and the chosen courier company. You will be notified of the price, delivery time and additional export costs by e-mail, after which we will await your confirmation of the order. For delivery outside Bulgaria, payment of the final amount is 100% in advance.

How can I return or exchange a purchased item?

Dear customers, you can easily buy in the Evaqon online store, but you can also easily return or exchange the products you purchased, regardless of the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Only products that have not been used by the Customer and have not been damaged or treated in any way are subject to return or exchange.

The products must be in preserved original packaging with intact integrity together with all accompanying documents and all accessories with which they were delivered to you (receipt, invoice, return/exchange form, original labels, accessories, etc.).

If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. We will refund the amount by bank transfer. For your convenience, we will make the refund by transferring the amounts to your bank account, and this will not be associated with any costs to you. We have the right to delay refunding payments until we receive the goods back.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, the value of which is equal to the amount of delivery determined by the relevant courier. In the event that you do not arrange the return of goods at your expense, the costs of the return will be deducted from the refund amounts.
